Custom Curved Steel Dock Construction

We built this custom curved steel pile dock engineered to support a future boathouse, complete with boat slips and premium hardwood finishes. All steel below the waterline was sandblasted and coated with a two-part marine-grade epoxy for long-term corrosion resistance. The sub-structure features 2,200 linear feet of horizontal and vertical bracing, with three piles anchored directly into rock and pull-tested to 75,000 lbs of uplift resistance. We framed every curve in custom steel, finishing the surface with durable Kayu decking and pre-formed cedar fascia corners crafted from real wood.
