Geothermal HVAC & Snowmelt System on 16th Sideroad

We completed a comprehensive mechanical system installation featuring a 10-ton vertical geothermal loop for heating, cooling, and hydronics. The design serves two fire-separated guest residences using dedicated water-to-air heat pumps alongside a water-to-water unit for in-floor hydronic heating. Our team managed full ductwork distribution with life-safety fire dampers, gas piping, refrigeration, an ERV fresh air system, and steam humidifiers. We also installed a backup boiler configured to power an automated hydronic snowmelt system across exterior walkways, parking pads, and stairs.
