Cam Fletcher

This patio project was a side job for me. The client had a design and plan prepared by a designer during the original construction of their modern house. I functioned as the general contractor of this 1500sf patio, sourced and coordinated subcontractors (excavator, foundations, flatwork) and came in on schedule and under budget. All work completed by local contractors - Excavation performed by Chapple’s, footings and frost walls by JCM Concrete and flatwork by CJ construction.

Kitchen renovation at my own residence. All designed and constructed myself, collaborated with NC Custom Millwork on the cabinets. NC mentored me and allowed me to build the boxes and panels in their shop. Went with a micro beaded shaker fronts in rift cut White Oak and Maple dovetail drawers built by Eldorado plywood.
