We managed the construction of this modern custom home in Oakville, built to architectural plans by Carrothers and Associates. Built with high-performance Zip System sheathing, the residence features striking white massing shaded by mature birch trees and an L-shaped layout wrapping expansive glazing around a backyard swimming pool. Inside, sunlit spaces flow seamlessly with clean architectural lines, open timber staircases, glass railings, and skylights that invite natural light throughout. From comprehensive project management and budget control to final execution, it was a pleasure bringing this stunner to life.

This custom waterfront home build in the Blue Mountains features an expansive open-concept living area designed to maximize scenic lake views.
