We provided specialized building material supply and delivery coordination for the six-storey modular apartment project at 150 Eighth Street in Etobicoke. Supporting ANC Modular and the Canadian Helen Keller Centre, our scope included high-performance insulation systems, Sopraseal air barrier products, and drywall fire-rated wall assemblies. By coordinating sequenced material deliveries directly aligned with modular factory production schedules and on-site assembly, we delivered the technical product support needed to ensure code-compliant, energy-efficient, and accessible construction.
