01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

I managed the full mechanical and electrical upgrade at 6 Glamorgan Avenue in Toronto, modernizing critical residential HVAC and power systems. Working on this Toronto Community Housing capital project, I led end-to-end planning and execution within an occupied multi-family building. My responsibilities included schedule and cost baseline development, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and risk management. We successfully hoisted rooftop ERV and heat pump units onto new structural steel dunnage and upgraded mechanical room boiler infrastructure with full commissioning.
