Roman Mazzocca, PMPI led the HVAC and building envelope retrofit at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) to deliver strict climate control. Working within heritage facilities across Buildings 7 and 9, I managed mechanical demolition and the installation of new rooftop units, humidifiers, ERVs, and BAS integration. My scope also covered interior gallery fit-outs, spray foam insulation, stone tile flooring, glass vestibules, and specialized VESDA and NOVEC fire suppression systems for archival storage. All subtrades and milestones were coordinated to achieve complete client acceptance on schedule.
