Growing up around my furniture maker Grandfather, I was exposed to a lot of hands on making from a super early age. I tend to take a deep dive into anything that interests me which has resulted in a wide range of skills and knowledge. My formal education is in architecture and after a couple of years in the office environment I decided to pivot and gain experience in the construction/on-site side of things. This led me grow fairly quickly from site labourer to site supervisor working on high end projects in Muskoka. I am fortunate enough to currently work for Hummingbirdhill Homes in Muskoka building iconic projects.
