Roman Mazzocca, PMPI led a full mechanical and HVAC upgrade at a public school, installing high-efficiency boilers, circulating pumps, and updated BAS controls. The project encompassed equipment removals, piping modifications, valve replacements, and building automation system programming to improve heating performance and energy reliability. Working closely with school board stakeholders and facility staff, I managed project scheduling, procurement, risk tracking, and trade coordination within an active educational facility. Following rigorous testing, balancing, and commissioning walkthroughs, the modernized heating system was successfully integrated and handed over.
