Built by
baukultur/ca IncorporatedWe transformed a 1905 Beach home into Haus 46H, a light-filled, energy-efficient modern residence designed for sustainable, healthy living. Although strictly modern, the design explores neighborhood-inspired building structures and materials to complement its surroundings while creating a unique sculptural aesthetic. Technical configurations support long-term wellness and efficient operations, featuring cool white metal panelling, continuous insulation, breathable wall membranes, smart home automation, and an HRV with air filtration.
