We completed this custom 2-unit multiplex and laneway house build in Playter Estates, Toronto, delivering 4,200 square feet of living space plus a finished lower level. Our team handled architectural design, project coordination, and design development to achieve an efficient, architecturally complex multi-unit home. The interior features tailored oak millwork, herringbone and wide-plank hardwood flooring, terrazzo tile entryways, sleek waterfall island kitchens, and sunlit modern living spaces.
