Built by
baukultur/ca IncorporatedWe transformed a modest wartime bungalow south of Danforth Avenue into a modern, energy-efficient, and light-filled family home. Designed with full creative freedom from our clients, the layout prioritizes natural light in every space and provides generous, interconnected social zones. A dramatic two-storey volume above the kitchen floods the core with daylight while offering flexibility for a future third bedroom conversion. From the fluted exterior envelope to the tailored millwork, every detail was carefully coordinated to deliver a clean, durable, and sophisticated living environment.
