Net Zero Modern Duplex Architecture & Build

We designed and constructed this custom 4,000 sq ft 2-unit duplex built to Net Zero standards, complete with a finished lower level. From initial architectural design and engineering collaboration through interior detailing and condominium registration, this multi-unit project balances sustainable building performance with refined modern living. The interior features expansive open-concept layouts, custom integrated millwork, wide-plank hardwood flooring, minimalist bathrooms, and abundant natural light from roof skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. A private walk-out patio and integrated garage complete this high-performance infill home.
