Semi-Detached Rebuild & 2nd Story Addition, Leslieville

We transformed an outdated Leslieville semi-detached house into a bright, energy-efficient modern home through an extensive rebuild and addition. The existing structure was almost entirely rebuilt to optimize light, airflow, and functional living space. To accommodate growing needs, we designed and constructed a second-story addition that creates space for an extra bedroom and bathroom.
