01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

We designed and built this 3,500 sq ft, two-unit multiplex in downtown Toronto to NetZero Ready standards for sustainable, healthy urban living. Utilizing gentle intensification and off-site construction, the two 4-level residences feature clean modern lines, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and light-filled open interiors. Designed to minimize carbon footprint, each home emits 80% fewer greenhouse gases and uses 60% less energy than standard code-built homes. From the high-efficiency building envelope to superior indoor air quality and refined interior finishes, this infill project sets a new benchmark for sustainable city architecture.
