01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Framing this 5,989-square-foot modern farmhouse in King City combined traditional character with precise, contemporary structural carpentry. The build featured an expansive layout with open-concept living spaces, dramatic vaulted ceilings, large window openings, and a complex roof design. Maintaining exact alignment across multiple elevations and roof transitions was essential throughout winter conditions. Our disciplined framing approach ensured a robust, clean structure ready for exterior finishes.
