Custom Cottage and Boathouse Build on Lake Muskoka

We framed this custom lakeside cottage and two-story boathouse on Lake Muskoka, building directly onto a challenging rocky shoreline. Our team handled structural steel and wood timber framing, engineered floor joists, and roof trusses across both the main residence and the water-access boathouse. The modern waterfront home features expansive specialty glazing installed with heavy equipment, followed by dark horizontal wood siding and fine exterior finish carpentry over natural stone masonry.
