Custom Sapele Kamado BBQ Stand

I built this custom hardwood kamado BBQ stand in my workshop using leftover sapele timber for a durable, weather-ready outdoor cooking station. To make the most of the materials, I ripped the sapele into 2-inch strips and edge-glued them together to create solid laminated panels for the carcass, drawers, and worktop. The design features a precision circular cutout and a lowered central shelf to securely house the ceramic kamado grill at the ideal cooking height. It includes integrated storage cabinets on either side to keep grilling tools, charcoal, and barbecue accessories organized.
