Lake Rosseau Custom Luxury Estate & Boathouse Build

Built by

I served as the site superintendent on this Lake Rosseau cliffside legacy build, overseeing complex architectural details and custom finishes. I coordinated site layouts, sequencing, and specialty installations throughout the main residence and boathouse. Architectural highlights include solid steel door jambs with custom reveals and concealed Tectus hinges, a patinaed steel stair guard, expansive curved rooflines, natural stone masonry, and an integrated spa-style boathouse with a panoramic lake-view sauna.
