Hotel Renovation: Structural Reframe & Exterior Finishing

We completed a full gut demo, structural reframing, and exterior finishing overhaul on this historic hotel property. Our team rebuilt the structure from the ground up, installing heavy engineered LVL support beams and steel posts, framing new second-story additions, and hanging wall assemblies. We installed new energy-efficient windows and exterior doors throughout. For the exterior finish, we applied diverse cladding systems including horizontal siding, cedar shake gable details, vertical metal cladding, and stone veneer. We also designed and constructed custom multi-tier exterior wooden decks, structural stairways, and perimeter wood privacy fencing.
