We transformed an old, unused garage into a fully legal 1-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) complete with a modern kitchen, bath, and laundry. Our team installed new water, sewer, and electrical service lines to support an efficient heat pump system. The interior was fully framed, insulated, drywalled, and finished from top to bottom. We created a bright open-concept living area with a full kitchen, a 3-piece bathroom featuring a tiled corner shower, in-suite stacked laundry, and a private bedroom with sliding patio doors.
