Douglas Avenue Whole Home Renovation

This full gut and whole home renovation on Douglas Avenue included extensive structural modifications to correct decades of poor workmanship and bring the property up to a modern standard. As project manager, I oversaw the complete overhaul from structural shoring and framing to expanding wall openings for oversized sliding doors. The finished space features a custom kitchen with a tiered island and herringbone flooring, a striking open-concept staircase with custom steel railings, updated windows and doors, and a luxury ensuite bathroom with custom tile and slab work.
