Rustic Boulder Landscaping & Fire Pit Patio

We built this rustic landscape featuring weathered fieldstone boulders, natural stone steps, and a lakeside flagstone fire pit patio. We sourced the boulders from fence rows on local farmers' fields, selecting already mossy and weathered stone so the hillside terraces blended seamlessly into the surrounding forest. Once the plants became established, the entire installation looked like it had been there for decades. The finished space includes stone staircases navigating the slope and our signature fire pit set directly into the flagstone patio overlooking the water.
