01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

We completed a full custom home renovation and second-story addition, handling everything from initial demolition to complete structural framing. We stripped the home down, reinforced the existing structure, and installed a new subfloor system. From there, we framed the entire second floor, including exterior walls with OSB sheathing, roof trusses, and dormers shingled in asphalt. Inside, we built partition walls, staircases, window bays, and custom backframing around masonry and ductwork to prepare the home for finishes.
