Custom Ipe Dock with Built-In Swim Area

We built this custom Ipe dock on a steel dock system featuring an integrated naturalized swim area for private lake enjoyment. To deliver a seamless finish, we installed the Ipe field decking with a hidden clip fastener system and detailed the edges with a two-layer 2x10 Ipe fascia that was screwed, plugged, and sanded smooth. The project required extensive shoreline scribe work to follow the natural rock contours. Steel posts were set in place to support a curved-roof boathouse structure, creating a durable and functional waterfront setup.
