Custom Garage Framing with Loft & Shed Dormer

Anchor Construction completed framing for this custom garage and loft, featuring a handcut roof with a 10/12 main pitch and a 3/12 shed dormer. We framed the structure from the ground up, starting with the spacious lower garage level on a concrete slab and building up into an open second-story loft. The handcut rafters and dormer design maximize headroom and natural light on the upper floor before exterior siding and interior finishes are added. We always love the clean look of precision timber framing before everything gets buttoned up.
