Attic Fire Roof Rebuild | Dunnville

Following an attic fire, we supplied the building materials needed to assess, frame, and rebuild this damaged roof structure. Even a localized fire can compromise multiple structural layers throughout a home. Working alongside contractor van Osch & Co., we identified every layer of fire damage and provided the framing lumber, trusses, and restoration materials directly from our Dunnville branch. The build required tearing out charred joists and interior lath before framing new joists and roof trusses to restore the integrity of this classic brick home.
