Custom Hollow Core Slab Foundation & Steel Erection

We built this custom concrete foundation engineered with a double ledge to support hollow-core slabs, steel beams, columns, and exterior brickwork. Working through winter conditions, we implemented cold-weather protection and heated curing measures to ensure structural integrity and prevent cracking or ground heave. Our scope included concrete formwork, rebar installation, precision finishing, and structural steel framing and erection to tie the whole floor system together.
