This full exterior home renovation features structural framing, concrete work, Ipe decking, modern siding, and stone masonry. We transformed the home's facade with a bold new gabled entrance portico built using steel and wood framing, paired with a vaulted wood-lined ceiling. Custom wide front steps combine smooth poured concrete with durable Ipe hardwood decking. Additional exterior upgrades include aluminum siding, stone veneer masonry, landscaping retaining walls, and custom glass entry doors.

The only things i didn't have my hand in/on was the foundation expansion under the monument steel frame and the roofing. Exposed structural concrete wasn't my forte at the time. But I did frame up the stairs and do that pour later on in the project.
