We completed this custom concrete foundation featuring double ledges engineered for exterior brick and hollow core slab installation. Starting from the initial site excavation and wooden footing formwork, our team formed and poured the high-strength concrete foundation walls. We installed structural steel framing and support columns to carry the hollow core concrete floor slabs, ensuring exact alignment and load-bearing integrity. The custom double ledge details provide seamless, sturdy support for both the hollow slab system and the exterior brickwork.
