Modern Concrete Patio on Irish Mountain, Meaford

I managed the construction of this custom 1,500 sq ft concrete patio for a modern home on Irish Mountain in Meaford. Working from the client's designer plans, I functioned as the general contractor overseeing the build from groundwork to final finish. I sourced and coordinated trusted local subcontractors, with excavation handled by Chapple’s, concrete footings and frost walls completed by JCM Concrete, and the slab flatwork finished by CJ Construction. The project delivered a durable, spacious outdoor living area on schedule and under budget.
