Bay Window Demolition & Structural Reframing

I completed a full demolition and structural reframing for this rear bay window bump-out addition on a brick residential home. After tearing down the previous build, I reconstructed the entire frame with solid posts, headers, and plywood sheathing beneath the existing shingled overhang. The customized rough openings were engineered precisely to accommodate expansive modern black-trimmed windows, bringing abundant natural light into the living space while maintaining complete structural integrity.
