Custom Bungalow Framing & Rebuild in Erin

We completed a custom full rebuild and framing project for a 2,000 sq ft bungalow in Erin, featuring a hand-cut roof system and complex wall lines. What started as an addition evolved into a complete structural rebuild due to underlying deficiencies. We worked closely with the project team to refine the architectural approach, setting roof pitches and framing every wall to custom heights and angles. The defining feature is a fully hand-cut roof system rather than engineered trusses, creating exposed ceiling details and an open cottage feel with long-term structural performance.
