Rough Wood and Steel House Framing in Guelph

For this custom build in Guelph, Ontario, I managed the foundation work and complete structural rough framing, including structural steel beam installation. We handled everything from excavation oversight and concrete foundation coordination to erecting the multi-story wood framing, floor joists, interior stud walls, and complex roof trusses. To ensure structural integrity for large open spaces, we integrated heavy steel beams and managed on-site welding. Complete exterior wall and roof sheathing wrapped up the structural shell.
