01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Built by

Aaron Waldt

I provided building envelope airtightness consulting and air sealing strategy for this net-zero training facility in Toronto. To meet strict sustainability targets, the exterior enclosure required an airtightness rating below 1.0 ACH. I collaborated directly with the architect to design robust air barrier details and worked onsite with the builder to inspect and troubleshoot penetrations, transitions, and continuous exterior insulation integration, ensuring a high-performance building envelope.
