We completed the full commissioning and airflow balancing of a Brink Flair 400 ERV system for a Passive House build in Chatham-Kent, ON. Balanced ventilation is critical for airtight, high-performance homes to maintain fresh indoor air quality and peak energy efficiency. Using calibrated flow capture hoods, we measured and dialed in supply and exhaust airflows at every wall and ceiling diffuser throughout the home, ensuring proper ventilation distribution and quiet, balanced operation.
