A full‑scale renovation was completed throughout the condo, including new flooring, baseboards, and door trim, along with the replacement and professional painting of all interior doors for a seamless, modern finish. Over a focused 10‑day onsite schedule, our team executed two complete bathroom remodels—one converting the existing bathtub into a custom walk‑in shower, and the second fully gutted and rebuilt while retaining a new bathtub. The kitchen was upgraded with premium quartz countertops, a full backsplash installation, and a custom coffee station featuring matching quartz. The entire condo was repainted, a feature wall was built to elevate the living space, all lighting fixtures were replaced, and every outlet was upgraded to include USB and USBC functionality, delivering a fully refreshed, modernized home from end to end.
