Custom Poolside Deck & Timber Pergola Build

We upgraded this backyard pool area with a custom poolside timber deck and matching overhead pergola. The build involved framing a durable wooden deck tailored flush against the curved stone pool coping to maximize usable outdoor lounge space. We secured heavy-duty support posts, framed the angled deck structure, laid timber decking boards, and added protective railing with black balusters. Overhead, we constructed an open timber pergola with decorative rafter tails to provide shaded seating by the water. This combination creates a functional, stylish poolside retreat built for relaxation.
