Under-Post Oak Stair Railing Installation

I completed this custom oak stair railing installation featuring an under-post design paired with slim black metal balusters. The project required precise joinery and clean mitered transitions where the solid oak handrails meet the posts around the stairwell opening and landings. Each section was carefully measured, cut, and fitted to deliver a modern, sturdy balustrade system that complements the natural wood flooring. From the upper floor opening down through the multi-level staircase flights, the seamless oak handrails provide clean architectural lines and lasting structural support.
