Custom Ipe Rooftop Deck in Mississauga

We built this custom Ipe hardwood deck in Mississauga as part of a full home remodel, engineering a durable rooftop deck system. To keep the underside copper soffit completely waterproof, we framed the structure with pressure-treated lumber, sheathed it, and prepped it for torch-down roofing membrane. The entire deck frame was tied directly into the stone exterior of the house and supported by a steel column set on a new footing. Finally, we installed premium Ipe decking over the membrane for a clean, weather-resistant finish.
