Barn to Artist Studio Conversion

We converted an unfinished barn into a fully conditioned modern artist studio designed for year-round creative work and comfort. Applying building envelope best practices, we insulated and sealed the structure to ensure efficient climate control. Exterior finish carpentry upgrades include custom steel-framed glass doors beneath a protective awning, replacing the old garage door. Inside, the space features finished drywall, a wood-burning stove on a custom tiled hearth, a dedicated wash station with stainless steel counters, a private bathroom, and exposed ceiling joists with vibrant acoustic baffles.
