Custom Modern Home Build: The Sonata Project

This custom modern home build showcases full-scope construction from excavation and foundation to architectural panel siding and glazing. The project included complete site excavation, poured concrete foundations, structural steel framing, engineered timber floor systems, and sub-grade plumbing. In-floor hydronic radiant heating loops were integrated throughout the lower levels prior to slab pouring. The completed exterior features minimalist white architectural panels, expansive black-framed windows, integrated garage bays, and an inground swimming pool installation.
