Custom Twin Home Construction on Ellerslie Avenue

We completed two custom side-by-side home builds on a severed lot on Ellerslie Avenue, each featuring a private basement suite. As project manager, I oversaw the entire construction lifecycle from initial excavation, concrete foundation footings, and structural steel framing to modern interior finishes. The exterior showcases stone masonry facades, mansard-style architectural roofing, and interlocking stone driveways. Inside, each residence includes custom wood cabinetry, waterfall marble-patterned kitchen islands, fluted feature walls with linear fireplaces, integrated in-floor heating, and tailored millwork throughout.
