A full custom luxury home build on Bevdale Road, managed from initial excavation and foundation pouring to fine interior finishing. This project showcases comprehensive ground-up construction, including structural framing, in-floor radiant heating systems, exterior brickwork, and an intricate carved limestone facade. Inside, the residence features high-end custom millwork, an expansive chef's kitchen with waterfall island, bookmatched marble fireplace surrounds, a custom cedar sauna, and modern glass architectural railings.
