We provided comprehensive construction management for this new 4,500-square-foot custom cottage on Acton Island in Lake Muskoka. Designed to harmonize with its rugged natural surroundings, the lakefront home features a metal roof, stone masonry accents, and landscaped stone exterior steps leading up from the waterfront. Inside, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors maximize scenic lake views and natural light across the living spaces, open-concept layout, and custom interior finishes.
