We managed the construction of this custom modern waterfront home on the shores of Lake Ontario in St. Catharines, designed by John Willmott. This comprehensive build required precise site layout and construction management from deep foundation excavation to final architectural finishes. Highlights include massive expanses of lakefront glass, heavy structural steel integration, custom copper rough-ins, refined drywall details, and bespoke architectural woodwork. Impeccable craftsmanship and close trade coordination brought every custom architectural detail to life.
Our team installed custom architectural millwork, ornate archways, and detailed wall paneling for this interior renovation on Bay St. Working alongside Cornerbrook Construction to execute a stunning design from Dart Studio, we delivered precision finish carpentry throughout the interior. The project featured elegant wall wainscoting, dramatic curved arch casings, custom window surrounds, detailed crown moulding, and tailored interior doors fitted with exact craftsmanship.
