Built by Sounds Good Home Technology Design & Installation with 3 credited collaborators
We designed and installed a complete Control4 smart home automation system and comprehensive AV solution for this custom modern residence. The build integrates discrete in-ceiling architectural speakers, 4K televisions, motorized shades, and custom lighting control into clean, minimalist living spaces. Exterior entertainment includes high-performance backyard outdoor audio. Behind the walls, we engineered an enterprise-grade IT network, wired security system, and high-definition surveillance cameras alongside high-performance building control layers.

One of our favourites
Well those other 2 projects had a lot of Walnut as well. At Simpson, some of the doors were actually Walnut, including that Crazy oversized Principle Bdrm Pivot door 😳 But Clever was the 1st time in my Career that I used 1 1/2” x 4” & 6” wide solid Walnut door jambs. And the 2x2’s on the living feature wall.. and a bunch of sheets of veneer core Walnut for large openings etc… My mantra on that job was Measuring 10 times, cut Once… Don’t screw up.. don’t screw up 😂 Great memories looking back now
@Kevin Morse you think this had more walnut than claxton or Simpson??
Walnut, Walnut, Walnut!! This was my 1st full Trim Scope with HHH, and I think we depleted the supply of Walnut is Southern Ontario with this one! Such a joy to work on as I was still getting to know our amazing team of in-house carpenters at this point. The architect, design team and clients were wonderful to work with! I walked away from this project with a real sense of joy and accomplishment.
