Modern Home Transformation & Custom Addition

We completely transformed The Rosard, a 1984 home, with modern architectural upgrades, custom carpentry, and a bold brutalist addition. The full renovation features a custom hand-built wood staircase with seamless glass railing, hydronically heated wide-plank wood flooring, and custom built-in floor furniture designed and fabricated in-house. The project also introduced a striking steel-wrapped addition with expansive glass walls, plus a new primary suite with double showers and a full-glass steam shower.
