Full gut and addition on Crescent Road in Rosedale, completed for Cornerbrook Construction. Third-floor addition and roof rebuild over a fully underpinned and lowered basement, with new exterior walls and floor systems, multiple arches and arched pocket-door openings, and interior trim throughout.
