Framing & Roof Sheathing Addition near Sheppard-Yonge

I completed structural carpentry, custom framing, and plywood roof sheathing for this residential transformation near Sheppard-Yonge station. Starting from the original single-story house, we transformed the structure by constructing new wall framing, structural additions, and custom architectural overhangs. My scope covered framing, backframing, porch and bay window canopy construction, and solid plywood roof sheathing across the new additions. From initial tear-down to complete structural rough-in, every timber element was built square, solid, and ready for exterior finishes.
